Our Story
Healy Hollow is owned by the Rock Island-native Healy family who also owns Bridges Catering and The Stern Center. The Healy family has been in the wedding and food business for over 45 years. Bridges Catering has catered over 2,000 weddings (& counting!) and The Stern Center has hosted everything from weddings, to fundraisers, and large corporate parties. We create unforgettable experiences filled with joy, laughter, and cherised moments.
Bill Healy
Owner
Bill is an Alleman graduate and attended St. Ambrose University where he completed his undergraduate and MBA while playing baseball. After residing in Alabama and Tennessee for 11 years, Bill and his family moved back to Rock Island to join the family business. Bill is married to Debbie and they have two beautiful daughters, Harper and Hadley.

Bill is a life-long Rock Island resident who has been in the service industry for over 45 years. Bill is an Alleman graduate and served in the National Guard. He started in the hotel industry and has owned Merlin's Restaurant, Duffy's, Benders and Bridges Catering. Along with this, Bill was an IHSA official for over 30 years refereeing high school football in Western Illinois. Bill has been married to his wife Evelyn for over 50 years. Evelyn has also been instumental in running the family business. They have one son, Bill.

Meet Haley, the talented Event Coordinator at Healy Hollow. Known for her exceptional organizational skills and her innate ability to unite people, she's passionate about making every event truly memorable.
When she's not orchestrating magical celebrations, Haley cherishes moments with her husband, Trevor, and their adorable 1-year-old son, Bodie. Balancing her busy schedule with family time, she loves diving into creative home projects, indulging in baking adventures, and cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes
